NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 232, December 1, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

The rule now reads as follows:

 

61G5-29.011 Endorsement of Specialty Registration.

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall issue a registration to a person who:

(1) Makes application, including submission of evidence of successful completion of an educational or training program and pays to the Department the fee specified in Rule 61G5-24.002, F.A.C.;

(2) Through (3) No Change.
