The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on July 13, 2023 by Mariya Yudova. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 49 No. 142, of the July 24, 2023, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a Variance or Waiver of Rule 61G15-20.002, F.A.C., and certification of her application for licensure as a professional engineer. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly noticed public meeting held on August 3, 2023. The Board’s Order was filed on September 6, 2023, finds that the Petition for Variance or Waiver should be GRANTED, and Petitioner’s application for licensure by examination certified subject to passage of the required examinations.
