The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on May 5, 2022 by Stephanie Moronta. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 48 No. 92, of the May 11, 2022, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a Variance or Waiver of subparagraph 61G15-20.002(1)(b)(3)., F.A.C., and certification of her application for licensure as a professional engineer. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly noticed public meeting held on June 9, 2022.
