NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 15, 2013, the Office of Early Learning, received a petition for Variance of subsection 6M-4.100(22), F.A.C., which provides the definition of “working family” in the context of determining the eligibility to receive services for the state’s school readiness program.
