    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting to discuss and receive comments on the Gemini Springs and DeLeon Spring Basin Management Action Plans (BMAPs). The BMAPs are the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss and receive comments on the draft BMAP documents prior to submission for adoption.
