    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting to discuss and receive comments on the Wekiwa Spring and Rock Springs Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss and receive comments on the draft BMAP document prior to submission for adoption.
