    The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

    PLACE: APCO Florida Conference (Hilton Oceanwalk Resort 100 N. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida).

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Region 9, Regional Planning Committee (RPC) for the State of Florida will hold its annual meetings and are open to all interested parties. All 700/800 MHz public safety licensees in Florida are encouraged to attend. The Region 9, 800MHz meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. and the Region 9, 700MHz meeting will start immediately after the adjournment of the 800 MHz meeting.

    The final agenda will be provided at the meeting, and will consist of general agenda items, By-Laws and amendments to the regional plans, FCC and NRPC updates, a general status report from the State of Florida, Concurrence Report for Regions 1, 10 and 23, and review of officers and open positions.
