    The purpose of this meeting is to present, review and discuss recent developments in the assessment and cleanup of perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), with particular focus on perfuorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS). A preliminary draft agenda is presented below. Any additional suggestions or recommendations for agenda topics should be sent to Brian.Dougherty@floridadep.gov by September 4, 2019.

    Preliminary Agenda

    1) Provisional cleanup target levels for PFOA and PFOS in soil and groundwater

    2) Development of surface water screening levels

    3) Division of Waste Management PFOA/PFAS investigation efforts

    i. UCMR

    ii. Certified Fire Training Facilities

    iii. Select Drycleaning and State Cleanup Sites

    4) Consideration of PFAS congeners other than PFOA and PFOS
