    The Florida-Alabama Transportation Planning Organization announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida-Alabama Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) will hold a public meeting at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2020. The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) will meet on Monday, July 6, 2020, 8:30 a.m. The Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. In response to the Governors Executive Order 20-69, these meetings will be held VIRTUALLY.

    To limit the potential spread of COVID-19, members of the public wishing to attend or participate in the meeting may only do so via video live stream or telephone.

    The TPO will consider:

    • Membership Certification for the Escambia County and Santa Rosa County Transportation Disadvantaged Coordinating Boards

    • Adopting the East Bay Boulevard Corridor Management Plan (CMP) from US 98 to SR 87 and Endorsing Implementation of Transportation Strategies and Projects Identified in the Plan

    • Adopting the Florida-Alabama TPO FY 2021-2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and authorize TPO to administratively amend the FY 2021-2025 TIP to include the projects in FDOT's Variance Report

    • Adopting the Transportation Performance Measures Consensus Planning Document

    • Adopting the Florida-Alabama TPO 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Needs Plan

    • Adopting the Regional Rural Transportation Plan
