The Board of Psychology hereby gives notice:

That on April 30, 2015, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Claudia Uribe-Orrett, Psy.D., on February 4, 2015, seeking a waiver or variance from Rule 64B19-11.0075, F.A.C., with regard to the time frames for compliance with the requirements for licensure. The Notice was published in Volume 41, No. 28, of the Florida Administrative Register, on February 11, 2015. The Board, at its meeting held on March 20, 2015, voted to deny the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner did not demonstrate a substantial hardship; that application of the rule did not violate the principles of fairness; and that the purpose of the underlying statute was not met.
