PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the creation of the rule in order to implement Section 456.036, FS. 2005.

SUMMARY: The creation of the rule allows the licensee to request a retired status license.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding the statement of estimated costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
