    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from PRH-2600 Hallandale Beach, LLC. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Sections 224 and 806, 2012 Florida Accessibility Code, as they apply to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether in a condominium-hotel development with lock-off units, if the lock-off units should be included for the required minimum number of accessible guest rooms as well as for types of showers and communication features within the accessible rooms.
