    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 47, March 8, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

This notice of correction is in addition to the notice of correction that was published on March 11, 2013.  Two additional corrections are necessary to make that notice correct and complete.

First, the PURPOSE AND EFFECT section and the SUMMARY sections were combined.  Those sections should have remained separated and should read as:

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:  To update rule language, provide clarifications, repeal certain obsolete rule sections, and streamline this rule to better align with the Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Siting Act and the other Siting Act rules.

SUMMARY:  Rule sections are being updated and repealed to streamline and clarify existing program requirements under the Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Siting Act.  The changes provide a more concise and consistent process to businesses by which to submit natural gas pipeline Site Certification Applications.

Second, several pieces of necessary information were left off the end of the notice.  Those items are:

NAME OF PERSON ORIGINATING PROPOSED RULE: Cindy Mulkey
NAME OF AGENCY HEAD WHO APPROVED THE PROPOSED RULE: Herschel T. Vinyard, Jr.
DATE PROPOSED RULE APPROVED BY AGENCY HEAD: February 14, 2013

DATE NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT PUBLISHED IN FAR: October 19, 2012
