14-100.001: Training and Qualification Standards for Toll Enforcement Officers
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Subsection 14-100.001(2), F.A.C., is being amended to require that a government entity must comply with Department rules whether it owns or operates the toll facility.
SUMMARY: Subsection 14-100.001(2), F.A.C., is being amended in regard to toll enforcement by governmental entities.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
