PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to simplify notification requirements for schools and training facilities when they change their location, remove obsolete language, and update a form. The effect will be to ease requirements for these regulated entities.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Updated procedure for licensees notifying the Department of a school or training facility’s location change.
