NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 25, February 6, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The correction is in response to a letter from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee dated February 13, 2013.

The Correction will delete reference to citation 477.0263(3), and add 477.0263(4), Florida Statutes in Rulemaking Authority.

Reference to citation 477.263(3), will be deleted from Law Implemented and reference to citation 477.0135(4), Florida Statutes will be added.

The typographical error in 61G5-20.0015(1) will be corrected to read as “performed.”
