NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 47 No. 8, January 13, 2021 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and discussion and subsequent vote by the board at a public meeting held February 17, 2021.
61G15-18.011 Definitions.
(1) through (6) No change.
(7) The term “Florida Fire Prevention Code” shall mean the Florida Fire Prevention Code, 7th Edition, (2020), adopted by the Division of State Fire Marshal through Rule 61G15-34.002 69A-3.012, F.A.C., effective 11-13-08 12-31-20, which rule is incorporated herein by reference and which may be obtained at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref- .
