PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 59A-36.021 outlines the requirements to establish extended congregate care services for assisted living facilities.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59A-36.021 to reference the Florida Building Code as it relates to physical plant standards for extended congregate care licensing.
