PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Pursuant to HB607, which amended sections 381.026 and 382.008, F.S., and creates section 464.0123, F.S., this rule is being revised to include autonomous certified nurse midwives in those personnel that may provide services during labor and delivery in birth centers.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Agency proposes to revise rule text to include autonomous certified nurse midwives authorized to provide services in a birth center.
