NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Lee Memorial Hospital on March 21, 2016. The petition seeks an interpretation of Rule 64J-2.019, F.A.C., and Section 395.4036, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner. Specifically, regarding the “operated by a public hospital” language that was removed from the rule via promulgation which became effective December 21, 2015. Motions to intervene or requests for an agency hearing must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
