NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 21, 2024, the Emergency Communications Board, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Sterling Mullett, ENP, 911 Coordinator, on behalf of Leon County. The Petitioner is seeking a variance of paragraph 60FF1-5.013(4)(a), F.A.C., which states, to participate in this program, each medium and large county must submit its documented CHS maintenance cost for one system for the fiscal year beginning October 1 and ending September 30 by January 1 of the following year.
