The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider adoption of proposed rule amendments to Rule 42BB-1.002, Boundary, F.A.C. Proposed rule amendments to Rule 42BB-1.002, F.A.C., which address the contraction of the boundary of the Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District, were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on February 13, 2009 (Vol. 35, No. 6).
