67-21.003Application and Selection Process for Developments

The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On March 27, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation entered the Order Granting Waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b), Fla. Admin. Code (2018) and Section A.6.b. of the Non-Competitive Application Package (2018) for Federation Gardens Preservation, LP, allowing the release of IRS Form 8609 prior to the resolution of its ongoing ownership structure dispute on the condition that any changes to the ownership structure will be subject to Board approval. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The Petition was filed on February 28, 2024, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on February 29, 2024, in Volume 50, Number 42 of the F.A.R.
