PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59A-18.0081, F.A.C., to incorporate additional tasks that a certified nursing assistant or home health aide can perform based on changes made to section 400.488, F.S. during the 2022 Legislative Session.
