PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposed the rule amendment to update the Florida Fire Prevention Code and Florida Building Code to the newest Editions, which took effect December 31, 2023. The amendments also include the newest iteration of the sunset language.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: To update the rule language for definitions to include the newest iteration of the sunset language.
