The above-proposed rule was published in the February 17, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 32, No. 8.  The rule number, which was originally published as 64B14-2.014, has been changed and will now be 64B14-2.015.  The foregoing change does not affect the substance of the proposed rule.
