NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 226, November 20, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The correction is as follows:
The Notice of Change which published on February 26, 2014, in Vol. 40, No. 39 of the Florida Administrative Register incorrectly stated, “The change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and comments received by the public.” It should have read, “The change is in response to comments received by the public and a subsequent vote by the Board.”
This correction does not affect the substance of the Notice of Change published on February 26, 2014.
