PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule revision updates the application, registration and eligibility determination process for prospective Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Education Program providers. Additionally, the proposed revisions updates and clarifies the Uniform Attendance Policy for Funding in the VPK Program.
