NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Fred Shuaibi, on behalf of Art Sign Co., filed on February 24, 2020.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61G6-7.001, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner is asking questions, as outlined in the petition, regarding the scope of work of an Electrical Sign Specialty Contractor. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
