62-330.010Purpose and Implementation
In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Department extends the April 1 deadline to publish Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 62-330.010, F.A.C., Purpose and Implementation. A Notice of Rule Development for Rule 62-330.010, F.A.C., was published in the Florida Administrative Register on March 14, 2023, Vol. 49/50. The purpose of this rule development is to implement Chapter 2022-215, Laws of Florida. One public rule development workshop was held on Nov. 8, 2023. The Department is continuing rule development in order to obtain and consider public and industry comments received regarding the draft rule language and considering any necessary changes based on public input.
