PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed amendment to Rule 64B8-13.004, F.A.C., is intended to remove an outdated reference in the rule. The proposed amendment to Rule 64B8-13.005, F.A.C., removes the language regarding continuing education audits that are no longer conducted by the Department.
