NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 238, December 11, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

 

Moved voter registration requirements from center of form to left side column in response to public comment.

Reworded to align more closely with statutory language in response to public comment. 

Removed box surrounding QR code to gain more space.

Removed URL for SOE contact, in response to public comment.

Moved felon info link to box affirming not felon based on public comment.

Moved dotted lines to DL/SSN/ No ID to distinguish based on public comment.

Enlarged field for phone number based on public comment.

Removed @ from email based on public comment.

Added "their" to "spouse or dependent" box based on public comment.

Moved signature box to bottom based on public comment.

Added red around signature block and date to also distinguish from 3PVRO to the right based on public comment. 

Unfilled in "mailing address" box.

Renumbered application as a result of public comments.

Separated eligibility requirements into different numbered boxes based on public comment.

Spelled out "1" throughout document.

Changed "I am a US citizen residing outside of the US" to "I reside outside U.S. but am a U.S. citizen" based on public comment.
