    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

6A-3.037Alternate Engine Fuels for School Buses

    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 38, February 24, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: This rule does not impose any direct fees or associated costs and is not expected to require legislative ratification. The use of alternative fuels is addressed in Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 571.301 and 571.303. School bus manufacturers already use 49 CFR 571.301 and 571.303 as well as the National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures section on Alternative Fuels. The requirement for SERC was not triggered under Section 120.541(1), F.S., and the adverse impact or regulatory cost, if any, do not exceed nor would be expected to exceed any one of the economic analysis criteria set forth in Section 120.541(2)(a), F.S.
