NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 04, 2024, the Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support, received a petition for a temporary variance from the requirement of paragraph 64J-1.0201(4)(d), F.A.C., that adjunct instructors at Valencia Community College, EMS Training Program, hold an associate degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
