    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Trustees of the State Board of Administration of Florida will consider proposed amendments to the following rules and will be asked for permission to file a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for these rules, and to file these rules for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing: Rule 19-13.001, F.A.C, Role and Responsibilities of the State Board of Administration of Florida; Rule 19-13.002, F.A.C., Role and Responsibilities of Division of Retirement within the Department of Management Services; Rule 19-13.003, F.A.C., Role and Responsibilities of State, School District, and Local Employers Participating in the Florida Retirement System; and Rule 19-13.004, F.A.C., Role and Responsibilities of Third Party Contractors. These amendments are being proposed to update information regarding the roles and responsibilities of the various entities proving services to the Florida Retirement System Investment Plan.
