PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To remove obsolete language and to update provisions regarding adult student information. Each school district and Florida College System institution shall maintain student information for adults enrolled in adult general education programs and or career and technical education programs pursuant to s. 1008.405, Florida Statutes.
