    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 48, of the March 11, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The changes are as follows:

    1.  The rule shall now read as follows:

    64B16-29.005 Storage.

    All controlled substances, medicinal drugs or legend drugs Sodium pentobarbital and sodium pentobarbital with lidocaine shall be stored in a safe place. At a minimum, this shall require that the drugs be kept in a securely locked cabinet within a locked storage room. Schedule II order forms are to be stored under the same conditions. Records of purchases of a11 controlled sustances, medicinal drugs or legend drugs sodium pentobarbital and sodium pentobarbital with lidocaine shall be maintained in a separate file from the records of administration. The records of purchases and administration shall be maintained at the location.
