    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 12, 2019, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Fatima Zahra Ben Said, seeking a waiver of the requirement of subparagraph 64B16-26.2031(2)(b)2., which requires in part, that applicants for licensure by examination (Foreign Graduates), demonstrate proficiency in the use of English by passing the Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based test (TOEFL ibt) with scores of: Listening – 18; Reading – 21; Speaking – 26; and Writing – 24.
