NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 246, December 20, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Further, the Department changed the Water Well Contractor Continuing Education Program Manual adopted in Rule 62-531.300, F.A.C., as follows: in Section 4. corrected a spelling error; amended sections 4.H. and 8.E. to reference Rule 62-531.340, F.A.C., for the application, renewal, and administrative fees; amended section 7.E. to clarify the standard for denying coursework applications; amended section 8.A. to clarify when coursework would be approved; amended section 8.F. to clarify how post-secondary and university level course credits will be converted to CECs; removed section 11.F. forms now incorporated in Rule 62-531.300, F.A.C.; amended 2.J. and 2.K. to reference the correct form in the definition; amended section 4.I. to reference the forms the Administrator must use; removed sections 4.J., 4.K., and 4. L.; amended sections 5.A., 5.C., and 5. G. to reference the correct forms, and amended section 5.A. to clarify the standard to approve a Course Provider. Lastly, the Department amended section C. iv. of the Water Well Construction Disciplinary Guidelines and Citations Dictionary to remove a hyperlink.
62-531.300 Application Requirements for Water Well Contractors.
(1) No change.
(a) Be submitted on forms provided by the District and delivered by mail, hand delivery, or electronic transmittal to the District and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee as set forth in Rule 62-531.340, F.A.C.
(b) through (d) No change.

62-531.450 Unlawful Acts, Grounds for Disciplinary Actions, and Penalties.
(1) It is unlawful for any person to commit a violation specifically enumerated in Sections 373.336(1), F.S. When the Department, Districts, or delegated permitting authority finds a person has violated rules of the Department or Water Management District, or Part III, Ch. 373, F.S.,the person shall be subject to an order imposing one or more of the penalties and corrective actions established in the Water Well Construction Disciplinary Guidelines and Citations Dictionary, effective date, adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
