NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 15, 2019, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Dawn Lipori, M.S.P.T. The Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B7-32.003, F.A.C., regarding minimum requirements for board approved massage schools. Petitioner also lists 64B7-25.001, examination requirements; and subsection 480.034(4), exemption, in the petition for variance and or waiver.
