NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 17, January 27, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

These changes are being made to address comments expressed by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

19B-18.001 Application of Rule Chapter; Definitions.

(1) These rules apply to participants of the Florida ABLE Program, a Qualified ABLE Program that allows persons to make contributions to an Account established for the purpose of paying the Qualified Disability Expenses of a Beneficiary.

(1)(2) For the purposes of the Florida ABLE Program and Rule Chapter 19B-18, F.A.C., defined terms and other definitions are set forth in the Participation Agreement and Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference in Rule 19B-18.003, F.A.C.
