NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 09, 2018, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Irene Roach, representing Camp Idlewild of Florida, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from 64E-15.009(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which specifies cabins and sleeping quarters shall not be developed within 200 feet of marshes, bottom lands, natural sinkholes, swamps, stagnant water pools or other surface collectors of water.
