PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To remove the citation form as an incorporated document; revises rule to provide for clearer direction to the innovative system permitting process; update rules by incorporating technical changes to reflect changes in industry; update ASTM International standards for septic related materials; provide clarification related to site plans; allow for expanded repair options; amend language to reflect legislative changes; update language related to land application of septage and provide general clarification to existing language.
