NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 229, November 28, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are in response to written comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in letters dated December 4, 2023 and April 16, 2024, on Rule 61G15-20.0010, F.A.C.  A previous Notice of Change was published in Vol. 50 No. 72, April 11, 2024, issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The language on the application Form FBPE/002, “Application for Licensure as Professional Engineer”, is amended as follows:

 

Page 1 – Are you a NCEES Record Holder? Section – deleted (If NCEES Model Law Record Holder, please skip to signature section and sign application.)

Page 1 – Education History Section; Page 2 – Examination, Applicant, and Licensure History Section; Page 3 and 4 – Work Experience Summary Section;  Page 5 – Professional Reference Summary Section - deleted the “Skip if NCEES Record Holder and Number Provided Above”.

Page 5 – Signature Section – added “including information contained within my NCEES Record, if applicable”.

Page 6 – Verification of Licensure Section, Page 7 – Work Experience Section, Page 8 – Verification of Work Experience Section, Page 10 – Professional Reference Section, and Page 11 – Client Verification for Licensure by Endorsement Section - added “may choose to have their record imported, in which case they”.
