NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 02, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for variance from subparagraph 65C-22.001(2)(a)1., Florida Administrative Code, from A Universal Learning Center. Subparagraph 65C-22.001(2)(a)1. requires an applicant seeking licensure as an urban child care facility to, prior to submitting an application for licensure, obtain written documentation from the local governing body that confirms the geographical area has been declared urban.
