NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 10, 2023, the Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support, received a petition for a permanent variance from the requirements of Rules 64E-5.501 and 64E-5.805, Florida Administrative Code, to permit Ashby Bridges, CHP, PE, to meet the definition of “radiological physicist” in subsection 64E-5.501(64), Florida Administrative Code, for purposes of providing consultation on the design and installation of particle accelerators used in non-therapeutic applications.
