Adopt current versions of EPA and American Water Works Association guidance documents. Adopt current version of EPA, FDA, and National Sanitation Foundation standards. Correct office mailing address. Correct internet addresses for adopted documents. Update some spelling and formatting for consistency. Move fee references to a single section.
