NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 80, April 25, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

In response to public comment, Form IEPC SCF-1 is amended as follows:

 

Section 7: Student Health, Safety, and Welfare

H) Is the school owned or operated by a person or entity domiciled in, owned by, or in any way controlled by a foreign country of concern or foreign principal as defined in section 288.860, F.S.?
