PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To propose the following changes related to the administration of the Gardiner Scholarship Program: 1) Clarify that if a Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO) returns funds for a student, the SFO must include the 3% administrative fee if no reimbursements were made in the year in which the scholarship was awarded; and 2) remove language related to the complaint and inquiry process. The process for submitting a complaint and initiating an inquiry are addressed in rule 6A-6.03315, F.A.C.
