NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Pharmacy announces a hearing regarding the above rule, as noticed in Vol.31,No.03, January 21, 2005 Florida Administrative Weekly.
DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard
PLACE: Embassy Suites, 1100 S.E. 17th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33316.
